Home cured salmon, lemon infused crème fraiche, apple and horseradish

Jerusalem artichoke volute, artichoke crisps, oyster mushroom, soft hens egg

Eight hour braised Beef cheek, salt crust heritage beetroot, smoked celeriac puree, brandy soaked prunes


Main Things…

Guinea fowl supreme, sautéed baby leeks, creamed polenta, golden raisins, jus

Pan fried halibut, Cornish clams, glazed baby turnips, parsley root puree, Swiss chard

Miso glazed pale aubergine, wild mushroom and ginger congee, wilted spinach, wasabi tulie

Sweet Things…

Buttermilk Pudding, oat crumb, poached Yorkshire rhubarb

Dark chocolate & caramelised walnut tart, chestnut ice cream

Sticky toffee pudding, homemade custard, caramel sauce

Yuzu & bergamot semi fredo, caramalised pear
