| At The Thatched House we take pride in our food and include the best of British ingredients. In fact all our beef and poultry are sourced from the West Country; our venison from the Highlands of Scotland, all our pork is Free Range and our lamb is UK sourced. Where possible, we use British fruit and vegetables, although from time to time the weather forces us to substitute the best of British with produce from abroad. |
