I previously ran an independent fine dining Italian Restaurant and along with my team am deeply committed to great food. My head chef Tony Corry, himself a veteran of a couple of well known gastro kitchens ( Harwood Arms, The Stag), and his small dedicated kitchen aim to provide the tastiest, most interesting pub food in the area, be it from the BBQ, the rotisserie or the pan.
Both Tony and I are advocates of using the best seasonal produce available and wherever possible keeping it British. This way, we know that the food on your plate will taste as good as it gets!!
